~*The J&K*~

1)Thats how I roll
2)It’s spicy, yet delicate and yummy-just like I’d expect them both to be
3)It’s all their fault I have a new addiction
4)the gaylord was taken
The J&K “Spicy” Pecans
Cast of Characters:
1 egg white beaten
2Tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt,cinnamon,nutmeg & clove
2 cups pecans
1 Tbsp water
Beat 1 egg white until frothy(I really like that word frothy-oh goodness my imagination wanders….)with 1 Tbsp water. Melt bootylicious butter in pan, stir a lot(you dont want it to burn) Add sugar,salt,cinnamon,nutmeg, and cloves. Put Pecans in egg white and coat well, then put them lil babies into the sugar & spices mixture, cover/coating/mixing well. Place in a pan and bake @ 250 degrees until nice and toasty. Once you take the first bite you will know why these lil beauts are called the J&K, then you wont be able to put them down….Of course if J&K aren’t avaliable bring in your gaylord life size poster-you won’t be disappointed!
