I have a confession…

It recently occured to me that while I have met some of you, there are a lot of you fine folks I haven’t met yet and you may be thinking I am a lil bit-wack-O. I can assure thats NOT the case….well ….

 Think days of old when J&K owned the front porch and I was merely a squater…To scared to even post on geekfest(I am still to scared to post on geekfest-except for that cafe’ amore post)I remember my first “mommies jubilee” when I met renate aka the bravarian and I toured the sherwood, taking my shoes off at the door, as not to disturb the serenity that lies before me,admiring the awesome rooms and oh my, the woodwork on the ceilings that Nick had so beautiful installed. I remember my free nights stay at the sherwood in one of their very sweet motel rooms,while coming to AR to watch the OU game! That Barvarian was way generous!

 Meeting Karen at the Copa, yes folks I was sittin at the bar reading a book-then I watched, this tiny and I mean tiny lady devour Lita’s crab legs-Gotta love crab legs! Gotta love Lita

Marcia(aka chou), my savior and let me say, I am a true lover of anything and everything sweetseasons, why? well,

 1) thats how I roll 

 2)we honeymooned at stepping stones and it will forever hold a special place in my heart! So I will at some point always and I mean always recomend her property!

I stayed in bluebird bower for my first mommies jubilee and it was just perfect-the location,the townhouse the whole darn town.

I remember winning a contest for a free dinner at DeVito’s GOSH that restaurant rocks, when J&K had the “other” board and good lord I LOVE contests(look for a blog on how I made $800 on the net doing surveys and such)

I remember coming in to town with Dawn for  Lee’s birthday-I drunk myself into an oblivion that night-but I had a blast! Poor Dawn who had to drive me home! Thank God for sub-way! Thank God for Dawn!

I remember my first dw as a virgin-OH MY GOOD- GOSH- TO HEAVEN-did I ever have fun-I passed out beads(when Kelly an Lee were  promoting dw) to the patrons of the then copa(I contimplated lesbianism)-I met 2, count em folks, 2 of the coolest girls on this planet J&K-this was back when the meet n greets where at the “sherwood forest” OMGosh I met MEL….who had an absolute blast giving her dollars to Jordan Sparks,back when Becky would watch my jelly purse full of $dollars$ from Mr georgieporgie…Oh goodness those were the days…Of course there is Denise one of the most beautiful ladies I have ever known inside and out-and IF you have ever been blessed with her presence you know what I am talking about!

I remember coming in town for the past 10 yrs to celebrate my anniversay and eating at either center street south OR caribe both friday and saturday nights….creatures of habit I guess-more than likely it was the great food!

One of my points of this whole confession… while I am a new face to some of the geeksters I promise I have a history and that history is deeply rooted in Eureka Springs~The ONLY town I know of without a stoplight!

Yes I have a SERIOUS Gaylord fetish-I am actively seeking therapy-while I suspect it to be useless-I mean come on-you’ve seen the pic right? Please bare with me as I go through this… I am sure, I am so-not-his-type. 

I am however a sahm(stay at home mom) with prolly to much time on her hands-I watch the weather channel and I do not eat bon bons-maybe some gaylord OR chipmunk dip, yep I I do eat that!  I do however LOVE Chelsea Lately(look for a blog on that) cause she just flat out rocks….

I really feel so blessed to have a place where even if you don’t know me-maybe, just maybe you will accept me-I know I am a lil to much 3rd person and the gaylord life size poster thing, but good gawd-you’ve seen the pic…

I promise I am not crazy…just different….maybe thats why I love Eureka so much you can be different and still loved.

Maybe those darn writers need to stop carring the picket signs and start writing new material!
